Returns and Exchange
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t entirely satisfied with the size or style, we are more than happy to exchange items within 3 days of purchase within India.
Please Note:
- ✔️We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
- ✔️Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- ✔️We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
What is the Refund Policy?
✖️We do not offer refunds once a product is sold. We only offer exchange.
✖️We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on International orders. Please confirm your size based on our size chart before placing your order.
How do I exchange for another size/product?
On a small slip of paper write your name, order number and the size/style you wish you receive in exchange and add this slip in the box.
Ship the box back to us at the return address below. You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number so we can confirm delivery.
Leave us an email at melilotusindia@gmail.com informing us that you have shipped out the product.
Once we receive the return, we will ship out the new style/size to you within 1-2 days.
